Business Terms and Conditions

  • All prices quoted are to supply buffet food Monday to Friday within the hours of 8am to 4pm.
  • We operate between the hours of 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. If you have any catering requirements outside these hours their will be an extra charge of £1.50 a head up to a maximum of £75.00 per booking. (Sunday’s incur an additional charge, this will be agreed at time of booking)
  • Cancellation or reduction in numbers as follows:
  • Sandwich buffets by 2pm the day prior to the booking or full charges apply.
  • Cold salad buffets – 48 hours notice of reduction in numbers. 4 days notice for cancellation.
  • Hot buffets – 48 hours notice for cancellation(reduction in numbers 9am the day prior).
  • Buffet foods are delivered as close to the booking time as possible. However the client must be aware that delays may occur en route due to traffic or road problems. We will always try to phone ahead if this is the case.
  • All buffet food is delivered in chilled packaging, however we recommend that all food is consumed within one hour of delivery or stored in a refrigerator for consumption that same day. We cannot accept responsibility for food left out and allowed to deteriorate before consumption.
  • Vat is chargeable on all delivered buffet food.

Waiting Staff

  • If you require staff to serve and clear there will be an additional charge, these charges are dependable on timing and locality of event.
  • Normal rates from £9.90 per hour.

Payment

If it is your first booking with the company an invoice will be raised prior to event, and payment will be required on delivery. Thereafter invoices will be raised weekly. Our payment terms are 21 days. Late payment fees may apply.
